Paleo Green Tea Coconut Ice Cream

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp Matcha Green Tea Powder

  • 2 cans Coconut Milk (Full Fat)

  • 1/2 cup Maple Syrup

  • 3 tbsp Coconut Oil

  1. Add ingredients together
  2. Blend
  3. Bag em up into separate plastic bags, maybe a sandwich size less than half full
  4. Freeze overnight/ until frozen
  5. Pop ’em into the blender again, blend
  6. If you’re impatient like me, you could eat it right away but it will be quite soft. It’ll be a better texture if you scoop it into your desired container and stick it back into the freezer for another couple hours.Picture
